The Zarraffa’s Coffee Caddy was in high demand again last week, with a fully booked schedule!
To begin the week, on Monday 6th June, 2011 the Caddy was involved in a fundraising campaign that Gold FM runs every June called ‘Give Me 5 For Kids’. It is a great campaign to raise much needed funds for the Gold and Tweed Coast children’s hospitals.
The Caddy was at Lucy Cole, Prestige Properties Broadbeach from 4:30am – 9:00am providing the locals of Broadbeach with their early morning Zarraffa’s Coffee fix.
100% of the money raised went to the ‘Give Me 5 For Kids’ appeal.

Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th June, 2011 saw the Zarraffa’s Coffee Caddy heading to the South Coast District Track and Field competition.
From 8:00am – Noon the Caddy was at Pizzey Park, Sonia Street, Miami for the Gold Coast South District Schools Track & Field Competition.
The competition was packed! Ten schools each day competed and parents, students and teachers from all schools were in attendance.
After one day of rest, the Caddy was right back into the swing of things at the Queens of Apostles School Walkathon.
The Walkathon, took place on Friday 10th June, 2011 at Teralba Park, Corner Pullen Rd & Osborne Rd, Mitchelton and the Caddy was there from 8:30am – 12:30pm supporting the 1000 expected attendees!
In a partnership with ACT for Kids, the Zarraffas Coffee Caddy attended the Brisbane Racing Carnival on Saturday 11th June, 2011.
Eagle Farm Race Way was jam-packed with race-day goers, approximately 24,000 were in attendance!
The Caddy was extremely busy during the time it’s at the Races, from 8:00am – 4:00pm on the Saturday.
Last but certainly not least, on Sunday 12th June, 2011, the Zarraffa’s Coffee Caddy was out in full force, supporting the Walk for Wildlife in the Gold Coast.
Walk for Wildlife is a campaign to raise funds for Wildcare Australia Inc and to raise public awareness of Australia’s unique wildlife and its diverse habitat requirements.
From 10am, teams of friends, families and work colleagues from across the South East Queensland region got active and walked to celebrate and give hope to Australia’s native species.
Walk for Wildlife started from the Gold Coast’s Broadwater Parklands, Marine Parade, Southport and was a 4km stroll along the banks of the Broadwater.
Along with the Zarraffa’s Coffee Caddy providing Walk for Wildlife supporters with delicious Zarraffa’s Coffee, there was also live entertainment, special guests and plenty of food and drinks on sale.
