2. Await a phone call from Zarraffa's Coffee’s Franchise Manager to establish your preferred location, discuss your decision to become a Zarraffa's Coffee Franchisee and to potentially set up your initial meeting.
3. Once you have met with our franchise representative and come to a mutually agreed level of interest, you are then welcome to proceed with the application process which involves Profile Testing, Interviews as well as completing a comprehensive Franchise Application form. The application form will identify your compatibility with Franchising and coffee retailing, assessing your lifestyle requirements and comparing those with the cultural and business requirements of Zarraffa's Coffee and finally looking at your knowledge of Zarraffa's Coffee as we need to make sure you have considered our business before entering into it.
Full Training Provided
A Zarraffa's Coffee Franchise offers a full start-up training program at our fully equipped Training Academy on the Gold Coast, which covers practical training, management and accounting. We provide comprehensive operations manuals, as well as full support from the franchise team. We also continue your training in your store for a period of three weeks once you open to assist with the training of your new staff, assist with training the day to day operations and ensure a smooth handover.
Turn-key Operation
The Franchise package will include the full fit-out of plant and equipment. Our specialised team completes all the steps in order to hand you - the business owner - the keys to a fully operational business on opening day.
Bank Accreditation
Zarraffa’s Coffee is accredited with Westpac, NAB and ANZ. Please speak to our Franchise Manager about what options could suit your requirements.
